Our Experience

Since our start as one of the online retailers & wholesalers of diamond jewelry, morality and honesty have been essential to our development. Honor was the single guiding concept that our founders, Jayesh Somabhai Raichand, used to build their company back in 2017. Not just for our clients, who want the best quality, but also for our staff, our suppliers, and the local communities from whom we source.

We are fully aware of the historical difficulties encountered by global supply networks for precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones. However, we also know that when ethical business practices are followed, the jewelry sector can be beneficial to society. Increased employment stability, better economic prospects, and enhanced protection of human rights follow from this.

How do we make sure of that? by adhering to global norms that illustrate ethical corporate conduct. These requirements are compliant with labor, environmental, and human rights regulations; they also comply with financial accountability rules. We can promote change and raise standards by taking a collaborative improvement approach.

“Nothing in life is worse than having no jewelry at all, but affordable jewelry is worse than having none at all.”

Responsible Sourcing

Crafting diamonds that enhance the magnificence of your special moments involves both a privilege and a responsibility. As purveyors of exquisite jewelry, we are committed to maintaining ethical standards throughout our supply chain and practicing responsible sourcing.

What is meant by "responsible sourcing”?

Put simply, it's compassion. Choosing suppliers wisely, being considerate of our business partners and the environment, and making sure we maintain standards not only for the industry at large but also for ourselves. It's having the self-awareness to be truthful with ourselves, identifying areas for growth, and making sure that happens. Lastly, it's about taking care of and assisting others in their own improvement.

Our Dedication

In order to deepen our commitment and strengthen our ethical business processes, Payoja Jewels created a Responsible Sourcing Team in 2020, which is directly led by Jayesh Somabhai Raichand.

Sourcing

Every piece of jewelry we offer complies with global guidelines for ethical sourcing.

Value

Every individual who helps deliver our products is valued and safeguarded.

Events

In order to encourage more environmental responsibility, we launch projects.

Our objective is to motivate all of our stakeholders to actively uphold our principles and collaborate to improve the three primary spheres of influence: people, planet, and product.
