Prices & Payments for Wholesale (B2B)

Delivery for wholesale (B2B)

Following the confirmation of the order on both ends, we will process your order as per your request and send you an email to confirm that you have given us permission to process it. As the delivery of bulk orders is dependent on quantity, we are unable to guarantee a time frame until we receive the final order confirmation. Cancellation for wholesale (B2B)

You have two days to cancel your order from our end after the last email confirmation from both sides is received; beyond that, we are unable to cancel your order for any reason. Moreover, we will email you to confirm if your order was canceled or not after you do so; until then, it is regarded as confirmed.

Return for wholesale (B2B)

We regret to notify you that unless the product you purchased from us is defective or not as described, we are unable to accept returns for bulk orders. We would like to notify you that, should your return be approved by any member of our staff, you will need to either return the product in person to our office or have it sent to the address we will provide you with via email.

If it is determined that any default product is being returned, we will reimburse the whole amount, including delivery costs. However, you will be responsible for paying for the return’s shipping.
